First things first - Who are E Squared and what do we believe in? 

Recently we have thought long and hard about what we believe in at E Squared and why we do what we do. 

Our main belief is that change begins with people. Process automation has reached it's limits in innovative business. It's time to put people back in charge. We formed E Squared to do just that.

Machines don't make change happen, people make change happen. From the early 2000's process automation was sold as the messiah for all business needs, including business improvement, transformation and change management. However as many of us have experienced, change cannot take off without engaging the hearts and minds of the people affected. An automated system also fails to innovate as computers cannot be inspired. Process automation has reached it's limits in innovative business.

Our belief has led us to create Isoma, a business management system that energises the workforce and empowers them to create enterprise-wide positive change.
