The first step of the Kinetic Code is to capture an organisation’s latent potential. Knowledge is crucial to competitive advantage – slow to build, but terrifyingly easy to lose in endless documents or in the minds of those who understand it. Say, for example, a key person leaves an organisation, but only they understood how a certain process functions and their knowledge had not been recorded. That knowledge is then lost, or worse, in the hands of a competitor.

The Capture phase of the Kinetic Code prevents this from happening. It brings people’s knowledge out of the dark and displays it for all to see. We then secure that knowledge; reducing the risk that important information will ever be lost or misplaced. We will quickly, easily and simply capture each and every person’s tacit and explicit input to the organisation to reduce risk and functional ambiguity.

Firstly we input everything and everything. We combine all of an organisation's tacit and explicit knowledge in one place.

We extract knowledge from the people within the organisation making sure to document it so that it cannot be lost. We do this through the use of workshops with our partners of excellence to extract hard to articulate tacit knowledge from people’s minds.

Then we hold all an organisation's operations in one place. From the macro and micro, we capture all operations in one place to make it easy to access and understand.

Our intuitive input methods make it fast and easy to input any information into one easy to find location. Information is captured in a consistent and easily understood format to remove any ambiguity.

We also link any digital data from within the system so any document you need is within a click of a button.

Our flagship product Isoma provides a scalable method for captured information to be used across an enterprise and between merged or acquired companies.

The Capture phase of the Kinetic Code is an organisation's first step towards continual improvement and improved operational excellence. By capturing all of an organisation's processes, knowledge and information it allows them to localise then decipher their operations during the second Clarification stage of the Kinetic Code.
